At public school, my son was labeled a behavior problem and a downward spiral began where the focus was on what he did wrong. Now, the focus is on what he can do. The teachers got to know him and found ways to encourage him to do his best. His teachers focused on the positive. Not only did the downward spiral stop, but it was replaced with achievement.
